TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING COURSES BOOKINGS

The terms and conditions set out below and our Privacy Policy together form the agreement between you and SOZO Education relating to our training courses. If you have any questions relating to these Terms and Conditions, please contact haya@sozo-education.tokyo. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


1,      Bookings and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our team. 
To secure your place on the course, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 80% payment due no later than 28 days before the course start date. You have the option to either make monthly installment payments or choose to pay in full at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit card, debit card or overseas remittance. By booking a course with SOZO Education Inc., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2,      Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

* If you cancel more than 28 days before the course start date, a refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee of the course fee. 

* If you cancel less than 28 days before the course start date, no refund will be provided.

3,      Course Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the course content, schedule, or location if necessary. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible and offer you the opportunity to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.

4,      Liability
We do not accept liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during our courses. You are responsible for your own safety and should follow all instructions given by our instructors.

5,      Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our course materials belong to SOZO Education Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our course materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6,      Privacy
We will use the personal information you provide to us for the purposes of processing your booking and delivering our courses. We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent.

7,      Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
