There are emergency weather circumstances declared by government agencies
Services on methods of public transportation (train, plane, etc.) are suspended
Public roads or highways are blocked off and it is physically impossible to arrive
Rescheduling due to a fever or other sicknesses

Who will be doing my hair?

Learning licensed hair stylists will cut your hair, under the supervision of a highly skilled and experienced top stylist. Please note that different stylists speak different levels of English.
How can I book?

Can I choose my own hairstyle?

Yes, you can choose your own haircut. Please let us know what you would like beforehand. Treatment and other services will not be included.
I cannot book for my desired date. What should I do?

Since there are no available dates and times for reservations, please utilize the salon as a regular customer rather than as a model.
Can you cut curly hair?

Yes we can cut curly hair. Our supervisers are experienced with cutting different textured hair.
What kind of treatment do you have?

Our treatment is a Japanese four step deep treatment to treat damaged hair and to calm down frizziness.
What are the requirements for being a hair model?

There are no essential requirements.
Is there an additional charge for natural highlights/babylights style coloring?
